By using our advanced compression molding process, we can make PTFE molded sheets with a very high quality surface finish, free from stress cracks and close to the dimension of the end product, maximizing reducing cost and reducing material loss. PTFE Molded sheets are available in a wide variety of materials such as virgin PTFE and modified filled PTFE resins.PTFE has very good chemical resistance, it is insoluble in all chemicals with the exception of a few exotic strong base chemicals, and Its electrical properties are excellent. Although it has high impact strength, its resistance to wear, tensile strength and creep resistance are lower in comparison to other engineering plastics. And the mechanical properties of PTFE Molded sheet can be improved by adding fillers such as glass fiber, carbon, graphite, molybdenum disulfide, silica, and bronze.
