Reinforced viton Rubber Sheet with Glass Fibre Fabric Insertion
V715 Reinforced viton rubber sheet with glass fibre fabric insertion is a black premium grade and 70 Duro Viton Fluoroelastomer rubber sheet, reinforced with a tear resistant glass fibre fabric. Reinforced viton rubber sheet with glass fibre fabric insertion has very high temperature and chemical resistance, to acids and alkalis. It is also a viable choice for resistance to petroleum based oil and fuel including petrol, diesel and LPG. Reinforced viton rubber sheet is also resistant to mineral acids and aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons.Reinforced viton rubber sheet with glass fibre fabric is completely UV stabilised, making it highly resistant to ozone effects and extreme weather conditions, and it contains a 65% fluorine content to maintain its fluid resistance at high temperatures and flexibility at low temperatures.
The specially designed glass fibre fabric reinforcement gives viton fluoroelastomer rubber sheet improved tear strength and dimensional stability, making reinforced viton rubber sheet suitable for flange gasket sealing applications.
