Nylon Cloth Fabric Reinforced EPDM Rubber Sheet - E1210
Nylon cloth fabric reinforced EPDM rubber sheet is a black premium grade 70 Duro EPDM Rubber sheet, reinforced with a tear resistant Nylon monofilament fabric. It has high temperature resistance and chemical resistance to acids and alkalis. Nylon cloth fabric reinforced EPDM rubber sheet is completely UV stabilised making it highly resistant to ozone effects and extreme weather conditions and is ideal for long term outdoor applications.The specially designed Nylon cloth fabric reinforcement will not allow fluid penetration and gives EPDM Insertion improved tear strength and dimensional stability, making EPDM Insertion suitable for gasket sealing applications.
The Application of Nylon Cloth Fabric Reinforced EPDM Rubber Sheet
Nylon cloth fabric reinforced EPDM rubber sheet is primarily used in gasketing applications as a high strength diaphragm between high pressure or low pressure junctions. Use this product for extra strength in belts and gaskets that will stand up to moisture and harsh weather conditions. The Nylon cloth fabric insertion reinforced EPDM rubber sheet is used as general purpose rubber for gaskets for air, hot and cold water, saturated steam and exterior service.Why Use Nylon Cloth Fabric Inserted EPDM Rubber?
The Nylon inserted EPDM rubber sheeting is also very durable for applications where stability of the gaskets is important. The Nylon cloth fabric inserted in the rubber reduces the gasket creep when using with very heavy pipes, joints or structure loading is present.
