70 Shore A Commercial Neoprene Rubber Sheet - CR1602

Our commercial 70 shore A commercial neoprene rubber sheet is a 70° Shore A, standard use material that gives a cost efficient alternative to our top quality class materials. In spite of becoming a less expensive option, the commercial grade neoprene still presents lots of the physical properties found in our higher grade materials. This product is suitable to use in light use applications, the location where the material will not be put under much duress. We can supply this particular product in thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 50mm in 20m, 10m or 5m rolls depending on the thickness. We can also produce this material in a variety of formats such as full rolls, strip cut lengths as well as bespoke gaskets and shapes.

We manufacture our commercial neoprene sheeting using a 100% pure neoprene, or a combination of neoprene and SBR. This permits us to reduce the expense of the material while still presenting suitable physiological level of resistance. The commercial grade neoprene rubber sheet material provides high enough levels of strength and flexibility in order to handle everyday applications with ease. We typically supply our commercial grade neoprene for use in simple and light use applications such as packing protection, dust seals and decorative trim.

Properties of Neoprene Rubber Sheet Material

Whether you are looking to use solid, open or closed cell neoprene, all these neoprene rubber sheet variations use a low oxidation price, causing them to be effective in outdoor usage. 70 shore A commercial neoprene rubber sheet can fully stand up well to the requirements of Ultra violet rays and also ozone, letting neoprene material to deliver a decent standard of amount of resistance to weathering. This is just like most of the qualities of neoprene elastomers. It isn’t the best at any one thing – other materials may deliver additional abrasion resistance or chemical like endurance. But the strength of neoprene rubber is the variety of features it presents, rendering it an excellent all-rounder. Neoprene rubber sheet is also very immune to a variety of other petroleum-based solvents and acetic acids. This chemical resistance of neoprene is a key quality and makes this material extremely valuable. Getting components manufactured from neoprene material with these types of capabilities is important, particularly high-stress manufacturing settings with harsh conditions and chemicals, because it can slow down the wear on individual parts as well as save from wasting time and cash on repairs.

Applications of Neoprene Rubber Sheet

70 shore A commercial neoprene rubber sheet can be used for Industrial gasket applications, and applications involving temperatures between -20° F and 170° F, and it also can be used for the presence of moderate levels of oil or ozone or even chemicals.
